From Laura Terheyden

When Kayode and I started working together I was pregnant with my son. He was a breech baby and I had to get a manual procedure to try and turn him. I didn't realize how painful it would be and Kayode kept checking in on me to make sure I was ok.

While I was home resting, I got a knock on the door. A man hands me 4 huge bags of Vietnamese food. Bewildered, I text a bunch of my close friends asking if they sent me something. All of them said no we didn't send it. Thinking there was a mistake, I then get a text from Kayode, "Did you happen to get a delivery?"

He basically ordered me the entire restaurant because he knew that I might not feel like making dinner. Even when he himself was going through chemo and not feeling well, he wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

He just had a way of being thoughtful that was so intentional.
